Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) play a vital role in delivering behavioral health services by implementing skill-building programs across home, school, and clinic settings. To earn the RBT credential, candidates complete a 40-hour approved training course, gain hands-on experience through client sessions, and demonstrate competency under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). At Learning Horizons, eligible full-time employees can begin pursuing RBT certification within their first three months of employment.
